WOPPS is an application that assists CC and recruiters to get to work with the right person that meets their expectations and gets the most benefits out of it. What does it take for both of them to get to the point where both sides are comfortable with the expectation that they have.
For the content creators who just started in this field, as a seeker!
With the current opportunity and influencer match, we see the gap where we can reach out to them. Pushing them out in the light where they can reach more opportunities and have the chance to grow and do what they like.
For sponsors who are looking for content creators, there are lots of choices out there. It takes time to check hundreds of candidates for the right one that fits the criteria that they set. The candidates might not be qualified with the criteria that they set or they might not be satisfied with the result after the hiring.
What we try to do is to match the right and balance level from the criteria that both are comfortable with, to work and gain the best out of the possible choices.
